According to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 81 of 2014 about Certificate of Degree; Certificate of Competence; and Certificate of Higher Education Profession, College Graduates must satisfy the requirement of Degree Certificate and Companion Certificate (SKPI). In order to support the Engineering College Student with the Companion Certificate required, the Board of Vocational Industrial Engineering – The Institute of Indonesian Engineers (Badan Kejuruan Teknik Industri – Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia) design a training program in cooperation with Indonesia’s Colleges and Universities by providing following courses:

While Industrial Engineering College Students are the main focus of these courses, other Vocational Engineering College Students may also apply to this training. It is recommended for senior college student to apply, however college freshmen are also welcomed. Courses in this program may be taken in options based on the college or student’s needs, of which 6 options are available.

Notes: Minimum of 50 participants per college. Fee does not include accommodation cost and transportation cost for instructors from outside Jabodetabek. Food and drinks are not provided.

To help participants acquire the skill and knowledge from the courses, several methods are used in this training, such as problem solving, case study, group discussion, best practices, software applications, coaching, and template patterns.

Upon completion of the training, the student will receive Companion Certificate (SKPI) according to the number of courses taken. This certificate can be used to prepare students for direct entry into employment or to acquire Professional Engineers Certification.

During the training, you will watch videos regarding safety management system at various workplaces.

This training will focus on how to manage projects effectively using the guidelines of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) from the latest (5th) edition and the software tool, MS. Project. During this training, you will learn how HSE effectively to implement on project organization and learn step by step the project management plan, project execution, and monitoring, and to use the software and also having group discussion.

It helps Project Manager to complete the work on schedule with clear project planning as well as good communication among stakeholders.
